A friendly reminder from Four Rivers Arts and Crafts Directors to all of our vendors as we get so close to the show!
You will need to check in at the Clover Pavilion prior to going to setup. Setup time is Friday October 15 from 2pm to 8pm. Please do not come any earlier as we need to mark the spots in the buildings and your spot may not be ready. The other setup time is Saturday October 16 from 7am to 9am. You must have your booth ready by the 9am opening time of the show.
Remember, Clover Pavilion first for check in.

FOOD VENDOR PERMIT INFORMATION
All Food Vendors participating in the FRACA Harvest Home Festival must have a current Food Vendor Permit issued by the Dubois County Health Department prior to arriving at the Festival. Apply a minumum of two weeks before the Festival.

Notice: The hours for the 2021 show are 9 AM to 4 PM EDT on Saturday and 10 AM to 4 PM EDT on Sunday
Set up will start on Friday Oct 15th from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. EDT. All exhibitors are encouraged to use this time to set up their displays. Those traveling long distance will have 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 am EDT Saturday morning before the show starts to set up.
